The products listed below are a selection of some of the items that we prepare.  

Whole/Half Lamb

We sell whole and half carcasses of lamb jointed and vacuum packed ready for the freezer (the picture shows a half lamb) 
​If you are looking for an entire lamb for a large function and would like to do a sheep on a spit we can do that as well. Below is a selection of some of the products that we prepare in our butchery.

Lamb and Mutton

For a favourite family meal or perfect for entertaining guests try our delicious lamb or mutton . Sweet and tender meat that can be enjoyed conventionally roasted or slow roasted, casseroled, fried or grilled. (photos slow roast mutton shoulder, 7hours)

                                                         You will no longer need to miss that delicious crackling on a pork roast.

Sausages
We make a variety of pork sausages including Traditional British style, Breakfast, Cumberland, Lincolnshireand Yorkshire.  We also make more continental style sausages including Boerewors, garlic and smoked paprika and Italian hot and spicey. Our range varies with the season and demand.

Back and Streaky Bacon

Dry cured back or streaky bacon for the perfect sandwich or traditional breakfast fry-up. Yummy!
