Well hello again.
I am currently on lunch break from the butchery where I seem to spend most if not all of my Thursdays. Go on guess what I am eating..................... its sausages:) Tomorrow I will be at Riberac I have mutton for those who are interested. This afternoon I will be making Pork and Leek sausages and some kind of lamb meatball I have not decided yet what it will be but if I return before midnight tonight I will let you know. On Saturday morning between 10 and 12 at Las Servatas 24700 Eygurande et Gardedeuilh there is "vente à la ferme" with a vegetable growing friend of mine. Parking is easy and there is usually a friendly atmosphere with all the locals popping in for supplies. With reference to my last post, and I hasten to add that I only have myself to blame, number 2 child is at home with a temperature. See you soon Helen
